Terms of Use

This is a general sample terms of use document for PolyEdge, suitable as a base version for the documentation site before formal legal review. Before official launch, it is recommended that professional counsel confirm the text based on the operating entity, jurisdiction, and business model.

1. Service Description

PolyEdge provides prediction-market information display, data analysis, smart-money tracking, news linkage, wallet dashboards, copy-trading tools, AI Agent features, and subscription services. Information shown by the platform is for research and decision support only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any promise of returns.

2. User Eligibility

By using PolyEdge, users should confirm that they are legally qualified to use blockchain wallets, digital assets, and prediction market services, and that they comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction. If local law prohibits use of related services, users should stop accessing and using them immediately.

3. Wallet and Account Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding wallet private keys, seed phrases, devices, passkeys, and login credentials. PolyEdge will not ask users to provide private keys or seed phrases for their own wallets. Losses caused by poor custody, phishing sites, device leaks, or mistaken signatures are borne by the user.

4. Trading and Copy-Trading Risk

Prediction market prices can move quickly, and copy trading or automated trading may produce real losses. Users should independently decide whether to enable paper copy trading or live copy trading, and should configure per-trade limits, daily limits, and risk-control parameters themselves.

5. Subscriptions and Fees

PolyEdge may provide differentiated features based on subscription tiers. Subscription prices, feature scope, discounts, and commission rules are subject to platform pages, on-chain contracts, and announcements. The platform reserves the right to adjust prices and feature scope after reasonable notice.

6. Data Accuracy

PolyEdge will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely data, but does not guarantee that all data is delay-free, error-free, or continuously available. Failures of third-party data sources, on-chain networks, Polymarket, RPC, browser wallets, or other external services may affect display and execution results.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use PolyEdge for the following activities:

  • Violating applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements.
  • Attacking, interfering with, reverse engineering, or abusing platform systems.
  • Using false identities, bulk accounts, or automated attacks to disrupt referral, subscription, or commission rules.
  • Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or other illegal activities.

8. Service Changes and Termination

PolyEdge may adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the service for product iteration, security, compliance, or business reasons. For users who violate the agreement or create risk, the platform may restrict access to or use of related features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PolyEdge is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, trading losses, data losses, or third-party service failures arising from users’ use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Updates to the Terms

PolyEdge may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the documentation site or product pages. Continued use of the service means the user accepts the updated terms.
