Privacy Policy

This is a general sample privacy policy for PolyEdge. Before official launch, it should be legally reviewed based on the actual data collection scope, operating entity, and jurisdiction.

Information Collected

PolyEdge may collect the following information:

  • Wallet addresses, on-chain transaction records, and subscription status.
  • Copy-trading parameters, notification preferences, and referral relationships configured by users in the platform.
  • Technical data such as device, browser, logs, access time, and error information.
  • Contact information voluntarily provided by users, such as Telegram binding information.

PolyEdge should not collect users’ own wallet private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive identity information.

Purposes of Use

Collected information is mainly used to:

  • Provide market display, wallet dashboards, subscriptions, referrals, and copy-trading services.
  • Perform risk control, anomaly detection, and security audits.
  • Improve product experience, troubleshoot errors, and analyze service quality.
  • Send notifications and service reminders based on user settings.

Third-Party Services

PolyEdge may rely on blockchain networks, RPC services, Polymarket, wallet connection services, managed-wallet services, notification services, and data analytics tools. These third parties may process related data according to their own policies.

Data Retention

The platform will retain necessary data for as long as required to provide the service. On-chain data is public data and may not be deletable. For internal platform configurations and logs, users may request deletion or correction within the scope supported by the platform.

Security Measures

PolyEdge should take reasonable security measures to protect user data, including access control, log audits, key isolation, and the principle of least privilege. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

User Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain platform data related to them. Users may also cancel notification bindings or stop using related features.

Policy Updates

PolyEdge may update this privacy policy based on product, legal, or security requirements. Updates will be published on the documentation site or product pages.
